We're hosting one weekly 4 hour gathering to work out the kinks and build our community. Eventually, we hope to offer 1/week or 2/week memberships with AM and PM gatherings Mon/Wed and Tues/Thurs.
We have a few locations we are currently exploring in the area pictured below, but we'd love suggestions if you know of a property for sale or with mission-aligned owners that might be a good fit.

Our ideal property includes:
10 to 40 acres
Road frontage (no driveway easements)
Mature trees (some Cedar)
Barn/shop
Accessory dwelling unit
Rambler floor plan on main house potentially with renovation needs
Pond
We expect to purchase a property up to $1,300,000 and spend an additional $700,000 on required improvements for our use. Road improvements and a bathroom facility will be essential.
We plan to build a greenhouse to grow foods and kickstart ecosystem regeneration. It may also serve as a hub gathering area, workspace, and play area.
We have verified feasibility with Clackamas county. It would most likely start with an application for Authorization of Similar use ZDO 106, in relation to Recreational Uses listed in ZDO table 316-1, and then we'd need to complete the Conditional Use process. This process could take about 6 months. Optimally, we could find a property with an existing Nonconforming Use (ZDO 1206) and repurpose it with less than or equal impact, however, this is very unlikely.
If we can coordinate at least the Authorization of Similar use during the land purchase proceedings, that would be ideal.
We filed as a non-profit with Oregon, and need to finish filing with the IRS.
